Each user is allowed only one account on our platform. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

4.1 Rummy Game Rules

All rummy games on our platform follow standard rummy rules. Players must form valid sequences and sets using the cards dealt. The platform uses certified random number generators to ensure fair dealing of cards.

4.2 Fair Play Policy

We maintain strict fair play policies to ensure a level playing field for all users. Any form of cheating, collusion, or manipulation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4.3 Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding game outcomes, our decision is final. We maintain detailed logs of all game activities and will investigate any reported issues thoroughly.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

We accept various payment methods including UPI, net banking, credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. All deposits are processed securely through our payment partners.

5.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request, subject to verification and compliance checks. You can only withdraw to the same account from which you made deposits.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account permanently for serious violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

7.3 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification and compliance checks.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game algorithms, is the property of 777 Rummy or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 777 Rummy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 777 Rummy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. We will replace any invalid provision with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
